Interior:

The interiors are designed for contemporary comfort with an attractive mix of modern furnishings. On the upper floor is an open plan living space with kitchen, sitting and dining area, opening out to wide terraces for relaxing or dining together. Three of the bedrooms are on the mid-floor and the fourth is on the floor below, along with a family room with kitchenette, living space and study area. The upper floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, bathroom, covered terrace feature a dining area with a table for 10 people. Mid-floor: Master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, large terrace, one double bedroom and a single bedroom with queen bed share a family bathroom with stand-ip shower, bath and a great view! Lower floor: Family room with a kitchenette and dining area with sitting and TV area, laptop-friendly workspace/study, a double bedroom with a private bathroom. Outside steps connect all levels and lead down to lower level: gardens, terraces and infinity pool with bathroom and shower stand. Parking for up to 4 cars can be found on the lower level.

Situated just 10 minutes on foot to the historic centre of Taormina means restaurants, shops and key sites are close by. The beautiful beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella are easily reached down a stepped pathway from the villa or you can take a cable car.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool (13 m. x 6 m. 1,50 m. deep) is on the lower floor of the villa's terraced gardens. It enjoys a gorgeous sea view and the sun-beds and the comfortable double bed are perfect to relax and take in the sun. Below the pool is a small gym, complete with a bathroom with shower.
