GRAND TOUR ADVENTURE VIAJES Y EVENTOS S.L. is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website and our booking services.

• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, ID/passport number where legally required for check-in.
• Booking data: dates, destination, property, guests, special requests.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails, calls and WhatsApp messages with our team.
• Website usage: technical data and cookies (see section 8).

• To manage your booking (performance of a contract).
• To comply with legal obligations — invoicing, tax and traveller registration requirements.
• To assist you before, during and after your trip (contract / legitimate interest).

We share your data only where necessary: with the accommodation provider of your booking, payment processors, and IT/hosting providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your personal data.

Authorities may receive data where the law requires it (e.g. traveller registration in Spain).

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area whenever possible. If a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, we ensure adequate safeguards (adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep booking and invoicing data for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
