These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking services offered under the Xabia GO Viajes trademark.

By using this website or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Reservation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

We act as an intermediary travel agency: the accommodation contract is concluded between you and the accommodation provider. We are responsible for the diligent management of your booking, the processing of payments and customer assistance, in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU regulations on travel services.

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and a confirmation email issued.

Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if an error affects your booking we will inform you and offer the correct price or a free cancellation with a full refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank. Full details are set out in our Reservation Policy.

• Provide accurate personal and booking information.
• Carry valid travel documents (passport/ID, visas where required).
• Respect the house rules, capacity limits and check-in/check-out times of the property.
• Pay for any damage caused during your stay.

The property may refuse entry or terminate a stay, without refund, in case of serious breach of house rules.

We are liable for the correct performance of our agency services. We are not liable for failures attributable to the accommodation provider, to you, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, without prejudice to our duty to provide assistance.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights granted to you by mandatory EU and Spanish consumer protection law.

Xabia GO Viajes and all content on this website (texts, design, logos, images) are protected by intellectual property rights held by GRAND TOUR ADVENTURE VIAJES Y EVENTOS S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile or, where legally permitted, to the courts of Alicante (Spain).

EU residents may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also request the official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones).
