Cancellation Policy

Send an email to [email protected] from the address used for the booking, quoting your booking reference. You can also call or WhatsApp us at +34 647 732 310 — but the cancellation is effective once confirmed in writing.

The date we receive your email determines which conditions apply. We confirm every cancellation in writing within 24 hours.

• Refunds always go to the original payment method.
• Card payments: 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Bank transfers: 7-14 business days after we receive your bank details.
• No fees — we never deduct anything from a refund you are entitled to.

If nothing has arrived after 14 business days, contact us and we will send you the refund receipt so your bank can trace it.

Often the better option! Date changes are free of charge — you only pay the price difference if the new dates are more expensive. Requests must reach us at least 7 days before check-in and are subject to availability.

Some properties offer special non-refundable rates at a discount, or more flexible conditions. Where the conditions shown at the time of booking differ from this policy, those conditions prevail.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, official travel bans) we will offer you new dates, a credit voucher or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

In the rare case that a confirmed booking cannot be honoured, you choose between an equivalent or better alternative at no extra cost, or a 100% refund — processed with priority, within 7 business days.
