Bookings & Payments

How do I book a holiday?

Choose your destination and property, select your dates and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher within minutes. That's it — pack your bags!

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) with instant confirmation, or bank transfer (the booking is confirmed once the funds arrive, usually 1-3 business days). For arrivals within 14 days, card payment is required.

When is my booking confirmed?

The moment you receive our confirmation email with the booking voucher. If you don't see it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder — or just call us.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Payments are processed by certified payment providers over encrypted connections — we never store your full card number. Prices are in EUR and include VAT.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my booking for free?

Yes — cancellation is free up to 7 days before check-in and you get a 100% refund. Less than 7 days before check-in, the booking is non-refundable (unless the rate conditions say otherwise).

How long does a refund take?

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We never charge fees for refunds.

Can I change my dates instead of cancelling?

Usually yes! Date changes are subject to availability and any price difference. Ask us at least 7 days before check-in and we'll do our best.

What happens if I don't show up?

A no-show without cancellation is charged in full and no refund applies — so if your plans change, tell us as soon as possible.

Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Each property sets its own times — you'll find them on your booking voucher. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged directly with the property.

Do I need to bring documents?

Yes — a valid passport or ID card for every guest is required at check-in (registration is mandatory in Spain and most of Europe).

Is there a security deposit?

Some properties ask for one at check-in and return it after check-out if everything is in order. If a deposit applies, the amount is shown on your voucher — no surprises.

Something is wrong with my accommodation. What do I do?

Call or WhatsApp us immediately — we're available 24/7 and most issues are solved on the spot. Don't wait until after your trip!
