A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email with your booking voucher. Please check that all details (dates, guests, property) are correct and contact us immediately if anything needs to be corrected.
All offers are subject to availability. In the rare case a property cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will offer you an equivalent or better alternative, or a full refund.
We accept the following payment methods:
All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Local taxes (e.g. tourist tax) may be payable at the property where indicated.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, unless the specific rate or property conditions shown at booking state otherwise.
No-show: if you do not arrive at the property and have not cancelled, the full booking amount is charged and no refund applies.
To cancel, write to us at [email protected] from the email address used for the booking, quoting your booking reference. The date of receipt of your email determines the applicable conditions.
Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
We never charge fees for processing a refund you are entitled to. If a refund has not arrived after 14 business days, contact us and we will provide proof of the transaction to trace it with your bank.
Date changes are subject to availability and any price difference between the original and the new dates. Requests must reach us at least 7 days before check-in.
One name correction per booking is free of charge. Adding guests is possible only within the maximum capacity of the property and may carry an extra cost.
Xabia GO Viajes acts as an intermediary travel agency between you and the accommodation providers. The accommodation contract is concluded between you and the provider; we are responsible for the correct management of your booking, payment handling and customer assistance in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU travel regulations.
Property descriptions and photos are provided by the accommodation providers and verified by our team to the best of our ability.
Check-in and check-out times are set by each property and shown on your voucher. A valid passport or ID card is required at check-in for all guests (Spanish registration requirements).
Some properties require a security deposit, payable at check-in and refunded after check-out if no damage occurred. Where applicable, the amount is indicated on your voucher.
In the event of extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, official travel bans, etc.) that make the stay impossible, we will offer you, in accordance with applicable law, the choice of rebooking to new dates, a credit voucher, or a refund.
If something is not right during your stay, contact us immediately at +34 647 732 310 — most issues can be resolved on the spot. Formal complaints can be submitted within 30 days of check-out to [email protected].
Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available. EU residents may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
