The apartment is arranged on one floor and can comfortably accommodate 11 people in 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The property is accessible by lift or stairs.

A wonderful living/dining room with traditional Austrian fireplace is located at the western end of the property. A comfortable separate TV area is located off the main living area.

The open, well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room, the table of which can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

The 5 bedrooms and the separate toilets are served by a corridor which extends over the entire length of the property. The master bedroom with private bathroom has direct access to the balcony and has its own flat screen TV. Three other bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, can be prepared with a double bed or twin beds. The 5th bedroom has 2x2 handcrafted adult sized bunk beds that sleep 4 people. This room also has a private bathroom and a TV with DVD player.

The elevated position of the apartment offers breathtaking views from the balconies and living room.

A small utility room with washing machine and dryer is also in the apartment.

The property has a ski room with boot warmer shared with the other 3 apartments.

In addition, our guests have access to the common hammam on the lower floor.

The property has outdoor parking for 2 vehicles.
